Medical Science Liaison – Non Small Cell Lung Cancer
We are looking for a specialist in NSCLC, with well established relationships with leaders in the field. You will support trials in Europe and the US, and take the lead with cross-functional teams to cultivate relationships with investigators that drive patient accrual and optimize execution of clinical studies. You will contribute with agile, high energy and proactive work with key scientific and medical influencers, based on a clear understanding of stakeholder needs and drivers (from push to pull). The position will meet clinical development deliverables and timelines and will work effectively to nurture effective and positive relationships with KOLs, trial investigators and staff at clinical sites.
Director, Business Development
The Director of Business Development will play a key role in driving the business development efforts and contribute to BD strategy of Verastem. The Director will research and identify new opportunities for the company and will drive deal sourcing and due diligence processes, and support execution of strategic transactions to include collaborations and licensing, as well as potential partnerships and equity investment. The successful candidate will leverage prior pharmaceutical / biotech industry experience, and a track record in business development focused on in licensing or out licensing transactions.
Reporting to the Senior Accounting Manager, the Senior Accountant will play a key role in the monthly accounting close and finance operations of the R&D function. The individual will be responsible for multi-tasking on various projects and deliverables. This position will work with internal project managers and external vendors to ensure smooth operations and accurate accounting around the R&D contracts.
Vice President, DMPK and Preclinical Safety
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated person to lead our DMPK, Clinical Pharmacology and Preclinical Safety efforts across multiple programs from early discovery through clinical development. This person will be responsible for guiding outsourced in-vitro and in-vivo studies that provide insight into the DMPK and Safety/Toxicology properties of Verastem compounds during lead optimization and including development candidate selection. This person will also provide the DMPK and GLP Safety/Toxicology leadership, strategy, and execution to position programs for oncology clinical development including IND and NDA filings. In this leadership position this individual will also participate in activities directed towards planning and supporting clinical trials, creation of regulatory documents, regulatory agency interactions as well as assessment of competitor compounds and potential in-licensing opportunities.
